Kaitlin Culler is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, blending her lifelong dance background with a grounded, breath-centered approach to yoga. With years of experience as a dancer, teacher, and movement artist, Kaitlin brings a deep sense of body awareness, fluidity, and expressive movement into every class she leads. Her teaching style focuses on guiding students into a strong mind–body connection through intentional breath, mindful transitions, and accessible sequencing. She aims to create a supportive, welcoming environment where students can explore presence, grounding, and the softer inner shifts that yoga invites. Kaitlin believes yoga is a practice of reconnecting with yourself — moment by moment, breath by breath — and she hopes every student leaves her class feeling more centered, aware, and at home in their own body. After completing her 200 hr training at Pink Lotus School of Yoga, Kaitlin Culler is now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
