These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Pink Lotus Yoga Center, LLC ("Pink Lotus," "we," "our," or "the Studio") and govern your use of our website, services, memberships, classes, workshops, teacher trainings, paddleboard (SUP) events, swing yoga classes, and all activities conducted in or through the Studio (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing a class or membership, registering for an event, or participating in any activity at Pink Lotus Yoga Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 17 years of age to participate in Services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the operation of the Studio or its activities.
Pink Lotus Yoga Center reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or revoke access to the Studio at any time for violation of these Terms or for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
You are required to create an account to register for classes or memberships.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for all activity under your account.
You agree to keep your contact and billing information current.
By accepting the Terms, you expressly authorize Pink Lotus Yoga Center to initiate and process charges to the bank account or bank card on file for all fees incurred, including but not limited to charges for class packages, membership dues, workshops, trainings, late cancellations, no-shows, declined payments, service fees, credit card processing fees, and any other charges resulting from failure to follow the studio's terms, policies, and membership agreement.
You understand and agree that credit card processing fees and service fees may be added to transactions, and you authorize Pink Lotus Yoga Center to charge these fees when applicable.
This authorization shall remain in full force and effect until written notice of cancellation is provided by you and confirmed received by Pink Lotus Yoga Center, subject to any outstanding balances that may still be owed under the terms of this agreement.
A fee will be charged for any declined or returned payment. You are responsible for notifying Pink Lotus Yoga Center and your bank or credit card company of any error that appears on your bank or credit card statement.
Prices for classes, memberships, trainings, workshops, and events are subject to change at any time.
The following expiration policies apply to class packages and unlimited packages unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Package starts with your first booking and is active for 30 days.
Start date is determined by the first class booked.
If no class is booked, the package will automatically start 60 days after purchase.

If you enroll in the Inspired Membership during the active period of this package, Pink Lotus Yoga Center may apply a $25 credit toward the first month's membership fee.
All expiration dates are final. Packages may not be extended, refunded, transferred, or frozen except where required by law or approved by Pink Lotus Yoga Center.
Auto-renewing memberships require 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date.

Memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment unless otherwise stated.
Membership pauses are considered for medical reasons only, are limited to 30 days, and allowed once per calendar year.
All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class, fee, or suspension of booking privileges.
All class packages, memberships, workshops, and trainings are final sale.
They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged.
For members on a credit-based package, one (1) class credit may be forfeited for each instance in which the member (i) fails to cancel a scheduled Pink Lotus Yoga Center class reservation at least eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled start time, or (ii) fails to attend the reserved class.
Students must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in loss of spot if the class is full.
Schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice.
Pink Lotus Yoga Center offers classes that may include swing (aerial) yoga, paddleboard (SUP) yoga, strength-based classes, workshops, and teacher trainings.
These activities involve physical exertion and may not be suitable for all individuals.
You agree to monitor your own physical condition and consult a medical professional before participating if you have any health concerns.
Swing yoga, paddleboard (SUP) yoga, and inversions may involve additional risk.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
By participating in any class, training, workshop, or event at Pink Lotus Yoga Center, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise, yoga practice, use of equipment, heated environments, swing apparatus, paddleboards (SUP), water activities, and presence on the premises.
You agree that Pink Lotus Yoga Center, its owner, teachers, assistants, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Services, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to release and hold harmless Pink Lotus Yoga Center and affiliates from any claims now or in the future related to your participation.
Swing yoga, paddleboard (SUP) yoga, and certain advanced yoga practices may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to:
Vertigo, balance disorders, inner ear problems, propensity for fainting, glaucoma, recent surgery, severe neck or back pain, osteoporosis or bone weakness, heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, severe muscle spasms, pregnancy, neurological conditions, recent concussion or head injury, cerebral sclerosis, recent stroke, severe arthritis, joint replacements, artificial or resurfaced hips, disc injuries, hiatal hernia, carpal tunnel syndrome, head cold, flu, or sinusitis, obesity, botox within 24hrs, or any condition that may limit safe participation.
You agree to obtain medical clearance if needed and to inform the instructor of any condition that may affect your participation.
By participating in paddleboard (SUP) yoga you agree that you are physically capable of swimming and comfortable in open water. You understand that water-based activities involve additional risk, including the risk of falling into the water. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks related to these activities and release Pink Lotus Yoga Center, its owner, teachers, staff and affiliates from any liability arising from participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pink Lotus Yoga Center, its owner, teachers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation, your conduct at the Studio, or your violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Lotus Yoga Center disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
In no event shall Pink Lotus Yoga Center be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Pink Lotus Yoga Center reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted at the Studio or online and will become effective immediately.
Continued participation in Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
