The Little Lotus Program at Pink Lotus aims to bring yoga to all ages. Our team of dedicated teachers make yoga fun, while teaching mindfulness and movement.

Family Yoga (all ages)

Family Yoga
Giggle, wiggle, bond! This parent child class is designed for children and adult of all ages.
Older siblings are allowed to join the fun for $2 per extra child. We advise babies under 15 months be worn.

 

Little Kid's Yoga (3-7)

Little Kid's Yoga
Because parents deserves a little yoga! Bring your little and they can take their own class while you flow next door!
Kids will learn yoga through games, movements, crafts and more. A parent must be registered in Slow Flow for same day.




Big Kid Yoga (8-12)

Big Kid Yoga
Big Kid Yoga is designed for ages 8-12. A mix of yoga, play, and meditation helps bigger kiddos explore a yoga practice while a parent practices in Saturday Special next door. Perfect for young athletes. A parent must be registered in Saturday Special for same day.



Tween & Me Yoga (8-13)

Tween Yoga
Tweens experience a fun, energetic class with a parent, grandparent or other family member, allowing grown-ups to practice alongside their kids!





Teen Yoga (12-18)

Teen Yoga
Is your middle or high schooler interested in yoga? Could they benefit from cross training in order to prevent muscle overuse and gain flexibility? Are they antsy or uncomfortable with stillness? Teen Yoga is the spot for them. Middle School teacher Lesley will guide your teen through using yoga techniques for stress, anxiety, muscle relief and FUN!
